Help & support
A question, an unexpected result, or something that isn’t working? We’re here to help.
Report a problem
Open Help → Report a bug in the app, or email us directly. Tell us what happened, what you expected, and the steps to repeat it. Include the app version and your iOS version if you know them. Screenshots are welcome; please remove personal or payment information first.
The app opens an editable email draft. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. It does not automatically attach your conversions or diagnostic logs.
Trial and full unlock
The iPhone app offers a 14-day trial of all conversions. After it ends, a separate one-time Full Unlock purchase is required to continue converting. There is no subscription or automatic charge. The app shows your local App Store price before enrollment.
During the trial, open Help → Trial & purchase to view access or buy once. When the trial ends, your favorites and settings stay saved, and support and Restore purchases remain available.
Restore a purchase
- Use the Apple Account that originally purchased unit.
- Open Help → Trial & purchase → Restore purchases, or tap Restore purchases on the trial screen.
- Connect to the internet and complete any App Store sign-in prompt.
Restoring a trial keeps its original start date. It does not begin a new 14-day period. If your purchase is pending, wait for Apple’s approval. If you were charged but access is missing, restore before attempting another purchase, then contact us if the problem continues.
For an App Store refund request, visit Apple’s Report a Problem service. Apple handles payments and refund decisions.
Prices unavailable or purchases restricted
Check your connection and try again. If purchases are restricted, check Screen Time or your Apple Account settings. An existing Apple-verified full unlock can work offline even when prices cannot load. A first install needs access to the App Store to enroll or restore.
Currency rates and offline use
Rates are daily reference rates, not live trading prices. Check the date beside the currency results. A successful download saves rates for offline use. If an update fails, the app explains the problem and can use the saved rates; without a previous download, currency results are unavailable.
Other conversions run on your device. A bank, card provider or exchange service may use different rates or charge fees.
Height and running pace
Choose centimeters to see feet and inches together, or select feet-and-inches input. In Running, switch between pace and finish time. A pace such as 5:03 min/km can be compared with min/mile and treadmill speeds in km/h and mph.
